Introdução à família Tarsonemidae Kramer, 1877 (Acarina) no estado de São Paulo

Abstract

The author presents an introduction to the characters of the family Tarsonemidae and relates following species from the State of São Paulo: Polyphagotarsonemus latus (Banks, 1904) Beer & Nucifora, 1965; Tarsonemus setifer Ewing, 1939; Steneotarsonemus ananas (Tryon, 1898) Beer, 1954; S. pallidus (Banks, 1901) Beer, 1954; S. hyaleos Beer, 1954, and Rhynchotarsonemus sp., and Neotarsonemus latus from the State of Paraná. Keys to the genera, and species of Steneotarsonemus are given.
