AVALIAÇÃO VACINAÇÃO DA ROTINA DO SERVIÇO DE ANTIVARIÔLICA DO CENTRO DE APRENDIZADO DA FACULDADE DE HIGIENE E SAÚDE PÚBLICA POR MEIO DE INQUÉRITO POR AMOSTRAGEM

Abstract

The authors accomplished an inquest by sampling, to evaluate the routine of the antivariolous vaccination service of the Centro de Aprendizado (Training Centre) of the Faculdade de Higiene, in order to meet a request of the Professor of Public Health Technics of the same School. In the wurk route, 187 families chosen by lot, in a total of 808 persons, were included; but, on account of severa! reasons, only 138 families, that is, 590 persons, were visited. The inquest consisted of interviews, vaccinations and results reading, during a period of 10 days, that is, from November lOth. to November 19th of 1958. The results attained can be seen in Table 3.
