Abstract

The Health Training Center of Araraquara (SESA) - São Paulo, Brazil - is a public health unit of municipal ambit. It performs the functions as an apprenticeship center under the direction of a public health officer. The Organogram of the Health Training Center and the activities of its sections are presented, showing the interconnection among them. The educative aspects of these activities are emphasized as well as the cooperation with other private or official agencies. The conditions of success for studants training are schemed.
