Reactivated basement blocks in between the migmatized rocks of the Ribeira Belt were defined by the author on the border of the Serra do Mar ridge. In contrast with the number of three penetrative deformations found in the most metamorphized rocks of the Brazilian age belt, here, we have five phases of deformation. The description of these structures and their extrapolation are presented in this article.
