Brazil is considered by the World Health Organization as the only country in the world that has not eliminated leprosy as a public health problem yet. At the same time, in Brazil is one of the oldest and strongest social movements of people affected by Hansen’s disease in the world. In this short article, I address some of the actions and activities developed by the Brazilian movement of people affected by Hansen’s disease during the first three months of the Coronavirus pandemic. In doing so, I emphasize the constitution of a collective experience in the face of the pandemic and the strengthening of collaborative networks with movements of affected people from other countries
