This article presents a survey whose objective is to analyze the speech manifested in the slogan of a campaign for the São Paulo State Secretary of Education, promoted by the School Protection System, that, in a partnership with the Cartoon Network, encourages the delation as a mechanism to prevent and combat bullying. It is based on Greimasian semiotic theory and in the principles of visual semiotics to understand the text underlying the speech. According to the socio-semiotics discourse analysis, we intend to describe the narrative structure of the campaign, the relationships between subjects and objects of value, in order to identify mechanisms of persuasion and manipulation.
