The almost two years of the pandemic have caused profound changes in our personal lives and life in society. We discovered, invented and recovered ways to relate to each other, communicating, moving around the city and also producing and enjoying literature by different methods. The live presentations on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, the videos that last about one minute posted on these and other platforms, the completely virtual events – such as launches, soirees and conversations about literature – are phenomena which, despite not having been created in the long months of social distancing that we lived, have become important tools for sharing and publicizing literary and editorial works. This article, which is an excerpt from the oral communication presented at the XX Encontro de Estudos Comparados de Literaturas de Língua Portuguesa, aims to present and examine some virtual experiences which, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, were and still are possible in the trajectory of female writers and Brazilian cultural initiatives, such as Carol Dall Farra, Conceição Evaristo and FLUP (Festa Literária das Periferias).
