To act, Eugênio Kusnet, Opera of the LivingAbstract
First of all, this text deals about the trajectory of Eugênio Kusnet, actor and theateracting professor, in the Brazilian scene of the fifties, sixties and seventies. Along with biographical facts, there are notes of his artistic and technical behaviorin staged perfomances from theater companies such as Os Comediantes, Companhia Maria Della Costa, Teatro de Arena e Teatro Oficina. The second part of the textrelates his voyage back to Russia in 1968 and the consequences in his theater pedagogy. At last,it analyses the influence of Eugênio Kusnet´s study in the everydaypractice of the actor Ney Piacentini in the staged performance Ópera dos Vivos,by Companhia do Latão.
