The research tries to comprehend the knowledge and practices that were used by UERJ staff. Teachers realized that the classroom could be a center of apprenticeship. The theoric option the Narrative Investigation allowed to see the speech as a mean of studies. This work was basead on an amount of researches that were made with the discourse helped to see that shows the institution trajectory. The discourse helped to see that the staff comprehend their own work and the process of reading and writting lived by their students.Downloads
