Abstract

The aim of this article is to consider, from empirical data, of the judicial process democratization, the social movements and the civil society performance in the Legal field and, primarily, to discuss how deep these actors performance interferes in the judicial decision construction. Considering the complicated judiciary structure, the research had as a cut the judicial process democratization analysis in the Federal Supreme Court area, for understanding that it is in this high court that the civil society is strongly represented. However, the results obtained allow us to consider that the judicial process democratization manifests itself in several Brazilian judiciary scales.
