Abstract

It has been verified that substances such as glycocol, xantin, chlorobutanol and riboflavin, do not exercise protective action upon the stability of tiamin in isotonic solutions dosing 10 mg of Vitamin B1 for ml. On the other hand, even in presence of different substances used with the view of the isotonisation, the sodium sulfite, decompose the tiamin, that conserves rationally well, when dissolved in isotonized solutions for glycose, sucrose, levulose or inositol.
