Abstract

25 cases of bovine demodicosia in the State of São Paulo are referred. A short commentary of dignosis is presented as well as a critical comparison of the commonly used liquids for fixation and diaphanization of small arthropods. A bried description of histopathological lesions is given. From the industrial point of view damages are studied in a piece of skin that was specially tanned for that purpose.
