Abstract

It was studied the topographic situation of the parotid papilla related to the upper premolar and molar teeth, in 230 dogs of different breeds grouped in the MEGNIN'S read types. Generally the parotid papilla is seem at the level of the space between the 4th pre molar and 1sl molar of the upper jaw but it also is seem related to other teeth or interdental spaces, according to the diverse head types, that are associated to the three skull types; i.e.: DoIicocephaIic , MesaticephaIic and Brachycefalic.
