Abstract

The AA. used the W adsworth, Maltaner & Maltaner technic with 1/2 and 1/4 of volumes ordinarily used in a complement fixation test with poliovirus antigens and immune and control sera. The results show the praticability of the method and some fixation in some of the samples.
