Militarismo e crise econômica em África

Abstract

The article analyses the causes of the increasing militarization of the African Continent stressing different actors that regions, giving special attention to African Austral question. It correlates the military expenditure with the Economic crisis that affects the African Continent. The author also questions the reflexes of the military phenomenon on political and cultural variables.
