Prova de proteção intracerebral em camondongo, com vírus isolado em S. Paulo, de um caso de febre amarela silvestre

Abstract

The A. ma de two series of intracerebral protection tests on mice, using the tcdmique described by MAX THEILER in 1933: one with the neurotropic virus called "French strain (F 503) isolated at Dakar; the other with virus isolated in S. Paulo, by the Author, from a case of jungle yellow fever, from last epidemy. Both tcsts were made with the same serum furnished hy the Rockefellcr Foundatiori: I.P .113- yellow fever immune serum, proved positive by intraperitoneal protection test; N .P .110- negativé tested normal serum. Each series of tests was made on seven groups of five mice.
