After all, what is the taboo of the study of sex? After years of researching things related to the subject of sexual practices, I became aware of reactions and questions that were always repeated and that the very fact of them was already indicative of a necessary discussion about a certain understanding of sexuality. I wanted to enumerate and analyze what I perceived to be the points of tension in the study of the subject, taking the reactions and questions that I found throughout my academic journey as a starting point for further problematizations.
