This short text was designed turns of the first field trip to a group of young researchers, four students of Social Sciences, Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) employees, through scholarships and PIBIC PIVIC of a research project on the impacts of public policies on family life sertaneja. He was thought of as a sentimental script, in which the teacher who would accompany them, wove some comments said to be relevant to the effective conduct of fieldwork, whose duration was seven days. The tone of the text is personal and dialogical. Dialogue primarily with this group of neophytes, and interestingly, Marcel Mauss claims - the anthropologist who almost never went into the field - as a privileged interlocutor.Downloads
