Abstract

This paper is meant to promotea reflection about the discoursive functioning of the newspaper chronicle. Because the difficulty due to localization and identification of the newspaper chronicle from the newspapers published in the 50's we enlist the obstacles that are found when a current reader in our times tries to read it. Chronicle is here thought of as a historical object.
