Abstract

The article aims to analyze public policies for rural development for the Quilombo population in the context of the changing territorial policies in Brazil occurred in the last decade. Through a literature review, the text is to analyze territorial and regional dynamics as relevant unit of analysis for understanding the program. Such public policy evidence the territorial and regional precondition for construction of public policies for the quilombola population
