In our paper, we study the transgressive changes introduced into the homodiegetic narration existing in the novel of Pascale Quiviger La maison des temps rompus. These transgressive changes illustrate the analytical controversies found in theoretical observations of the concept of the narrator. They also illustrate the existential conflict generated by realistic novelists between the figure of the narrator and the figure of the writer.Downloads
