With digital technology, new discursive genres are provided and, with this, different paths are created for the reading activity of works, starting from the use of these new tools. This article presents a scenario of the evolution of printed to digital works, bringing some considerations and definitions, which make it possible to better understand the structure of electronic literature that we find today in the cyber environment. In addition, some characteristics of the electronic literature are shown, which will serve as a basis for the further analysis proposed here. Then, after theoretical basis, the project "Enigma", by Tainá Camila dos Santos of the site "Electronic Literature", organized by Marcelo Spalding, was analyzed, qualitatively punctuating the characteristics and tools used in the construction of this work. how they can act and help the reader, expanding the possibilities of reading and textual construction, as well as emphasizing the literary activity that is proposed in the text. This reflection considers that different works make use of certain elements, according to the objective that is outlined for each one. It was found that, in this project, there is a break in the construction of paradigms and models of the printed literature, with the offer of varied stimuli, which are incorporated throughout the plot (images, sounds, interactivity, linearity break etc., incorporated into the written language).
