Abstract

On this article it is developed concern explicit on philosopher Judith Butler’s publications: “In what way are possible universals rights counter colonialists?” For this purpose, we examine her approaches on conceptions of culture, political, cultural translation, universality and rights in 1990s and 2000s publications.
