New version of our publishing platform

The University of São Paulo's Integrated Libraries System (SIBi) has updated its journal publishing platform - OJS (Open Journal Systems) - in the beginning of August.

Authors will notice some changes when submitting articles to Portuguese Philology and Linguistics. When you register into the journal and when you access it to submit an artcile, you will be directed to an internal area of the platform, where all the submission forms and instructions are available, and also from where you will upload files. In fact, all the interaction between authors and editors, from sumission to publication, can now be conducted inside this internal area with great agility.

The aim of these changes was to offer authors and editors a robust system for their interaction, and to make the workflow from submission to publishing more agile. At Portuguese Philology and linguistics, we have also made some visual changes and adjustments to the navigation on the pages.
