Abstract

The purpose of this essay is to examine the validity of State Executive Decree No. 29,583, of April 1, 2020, which consolidates health measures for coping with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) within the scope of the State of Rio Grande do North and other measures, taking into account the principles of Administrative Law, economic, religious and assembly freedoms, the federative principle and municipal autonomy, in the Brazilian legal system in force.
