Every year Aedes aegypti makes numerous victims in Brazil becoming a public health problem. Studies highlight the difficulty in controlling this vector and the need for research focused on the development of new methods to contain this mosquito, especially in specific scales. Among the factors that can favor the proliferation of Aedes aegypti, precipitation and temperature are highlighted. Thus, the objective of this work was to search for a methodology to obtain these variables associated with the proliferation of this mosquito in subtle scales and through satellite data (products MOD11A1 and 3B42). The study area was the districts of the city of São Paulo and a temporal analysis were from 2010 to 2016. It was regressed 36 days from the first day of each of the Epidemiological Weeks of each year and considered for the study interval between the twenty-second and thirty-sixth day (maximum and minimum period for mosquito, virus and disease development). For this period, mode of surface temperature and precipitation of each district were obtained from the satellite data and, from these modes, the median of the surface temperature and the accumulated precipitation were calculated and which were correlated with the number of dengue cases. It was identified surface temperature and precipitation amplitudes correlated with the incidence of Aedes aegypti in each district. Study expectation is to offer parameters that subsidize models and alerts in order to control of this vector.
