Abstract

In order to establish the historical trend since the time when elementary and secondary teacher training became a function on the University the author shows two periods for close analysis: the 1st period, starting in 1934 and the current period, when there is a great debate on the reform of the certification of teachers and teacher education. In both periods she concentrated on teacher training and the role of "practice-teaching".
