A pré-escola no projeto de constituição (Cabral II)

Abstract

Starting from the text prepared, in September, 1987, by the Relator of the Systematization Committee of the National Assembly for the Constitution, the author analysis the main items approved and reflects about the possibilities open for the implementation and sonsolidation of the care of pré-school children. The author proposes that educators do not take for sufficient the social advances in the Project, but go on fighting so that pre-school be amply considered in the new text of the Law of Directives and Bases of Education, in wich the foundations, principles, general objectives, administration and financing of pre-school by clearey established, without hindering the liberty and creativity, private or public, and preserving the quality of the services offered.
