Mitanálise organizacional: arquetipologia social e imaginário grupal

Abstract

The text shows the construction of an social archetypology since the works of Jung and Durand. Staying on the works of Dumézil, Parsons-Bales, Bion, Anzieu and Kaes, by means of an applied hermeneutics convergence, the text suggests trends towards the perlaboration of the groupal imaginaire as mythanalysis. The groupal cultureanalysis emerges as theory and heuristics for phatic education and cultural action stayed on the mythic patterns of the sociability of the group.
