Abstract

Thirty six Holstein male calves were used in a randomized block design with a 2x3 factorial arrangement for treatment, concerning two levels of energy (76.2% T.D.N. and 69,2% T.D.N.) and three levels of protein (1,20% 15,0% and 18.0% D.P.). The experimental period ended at 91 days and the weaning age was 56 days old.
