Abstract

This paper aims to reflect about the neocolonialism and the pitfalls of the guiltiness of another. After the independence of African countries in several areas we noted the difficult of establishing the rule of law and policy organization that would reduce the economic impact of colonialism and integrating their populations in the new national order. The cracks opened up by the need for adjustment is formed in veins for penetration system of economic domination by the blame game to cover up international policies and practices.
