Abstract

This paper aims showing, briefly, how the administrative silence and its effects, negative and positive, are treated, normatively, in the Latin American countries legal systems, that, as the European model, regulate the institute both by specific law a by rules, inserted in the respective administrative rule. Seeking to show which effect is gonna be preponderate before the formal inactivity of Administration, this paper maps the Chilean, Ecuadorian, Colombian, Mexican, Agentinian and Peruvian legal regimes about the subject matter.
