Abstract

This paper anlyses students participation is schools by the creation of student associations by Federal Law nº 7398 of 4/11/85 published in the D.O.U. of 5/11/85. Emphazing the fact that the school is one the agents of social change, since it operates in the development of "participative identities", the A. shows some conditions for the appearance of cultural democratic men.
